I have a dilemma. I have 3 big male convicts in a 55 gallon by themselves. Im thinking about getting rid of the smallest at 4.25", to get a big calico con, so that i have 2 big regular convicts, and 1 big calico. Now this is where i am stuck. I want to get a pair of RTM for my 55 also. I know they would fit because they are about the size of green terrors when fully grown, and it has been said that they can breed in a 55. So
1) should i put in a the pair alone.
2) should i put in the pair with the 3 convicts, to lessen aggression on the female, with lots of hiding spots.
3) make the 55 an all convict tank with 2 regulars, a calico and a pink all big males. I just really like big convict males, and having all morphs appeals to me a lot.
4) get the pair of RTMs, put 2 male convicts in with them in the 55, 1 solo male in a 20 for life, and then one in my 45 for life with a firemouth. What would you do and why?
