So i guess i found out one of my marbles is a female, consdering it bred with my normal colored male and i have about 100 free swimming fry in the tank, so we will see what colors i get. I will try to get some pics up sometime soon.

yeah should be interesting, i was kinda surprised the female is a marble and has no signs of orange colouration at all, but not only that this being there first batch it is really large, and they are both being very protective of the young, mind you the male is one from a batch a long time ago, and that was there first batch and they did a good job watchin over them too so i guess i just have good luck, that batch was alot smaller tho.
how long does it take for them to grow to an inch or so?I have like 200 in my breeder tank.they just "appeared"about 4 days ago or so.
tobe honest i don't remember exactly, i know last time i bred them the power went out for like a week and i lost all of them but one (the male i used in this breeding pair)
