They will very easily breed in a 20 gallon tank, some have even gotten them to breed in a 10 gallon. Just drop a male, and a female in and they will go to town and soon enough you will have eggs.
What exactly do you plan on doing with the babies? Just thought I should point out that if you're going to try to sell them you probably won't have much luck.
