If you buy them young then temporarily, yes. But u eventually will require an upgrade. I know a guy that has a pair in a 10g. For the first year you should be ok.

I had a almost full grown pair in a 20 tall worked fine. Then the female killed the male when I moved them to a 29 away from their fry.

Owned by a MFKer out there somewhere, seems to be around 10". While that size is not the norm when it comes to convicts, any male has the potential to reach 5-6" without much of an issue.

I'd say that a 29 is good until they reach 4", then I'd go with either a 40 breeder or a 55.

Although its a nice convict. Besides this one never seen another that size. Its probably a hybrid of some kind to reach that size.
