Convicts

Females have red bellies, and males are usually larger, have longer fins, and are a bit darker.

And Convicts are one of the best parents ever! They will take care of their fry and attack anything that will move in the tank. Mine attack the glass when I get too close! They will swallow a few here and there but most always live...

k. my friend just got 2(thats how i got mine). one would just attack the other and it had some bad fins. it is doing great in my 29. both of the ones he got have like a organge on the stomach. The one he gave me has som spots but not a full like oval of orange but the one he kept had a full orange belly. is this any distinction on sex?? if so im gana go and try to find a mate for mine and put them in a 10g to breed.

On mine it has like 2 dots of orange on on side of a strip and 2 on the other side. So i have a female??? Im sure that it is not as big as the one above because its still only 1 inch in size

Would they Cross breed as much as they do with same specis??? Im not trying to but read the 29g stock list. I might have a male in the group and if it happens cool
