I've managed to gets a few "wild caught" convicts from a pond not to far from my house and i've been thinking about breeding em with my blood parrot. Anyone got a pic of how the behbeh's will look? my parrot being about 6+ years old, will it have probs breeding?

yea, i see why a female bp is needed since its hard as hell to get a fertile male bp. Im 99% sure mines is female. The cons im using are the regular striped ones, i would rather try pink cons but i got these so mind aswell i guess. im trying to see if i get a con shaped bp or something odd looking out of it lol.
Using a stripped or pink convict makes no difference... You will get a mix of both from the fry as this is a color variation and not a different species.
eh, nothing special. Looks about the same as regular cons color wise and stuff. Which reminds me, saw a pair of red devil that was red as hell with a big nice hump on the male. Maybe I can get some behbeh devils soon. Wonder whos letting these fishes go here, saw a jag that wasnt there last time i was there.
