ok, just have a few days with my aros, they are all eating live foods, today i went for a bag of 50 smal lfeeder shads, i saw like 3 with bump in their body so i discarted them, then feed the rest a lot of cushed NLS food, after that did a extreme salt bath, for 20 min.

they are all dead

i knew this was going to happen, im sure my aros will eat them anyway.
but now im thinking that i should heat the in low(because i think in high they will explode)for let say 4 minutes on the microwave to be sure every parasite is dead.

good idea or bad idea?

should i just flush all the feeders because of the parasites?

put them in a quaratine tank for maybe few days-2 weeks and use some bacterial and parasite medecine that might get rid of it :)

those bumps could be an internal worm. i had rosy red minnows in a pond and some had white bumps all over i was like wtf. one was so bad i caught it and decided to kill it ou of mercy. well i had it on a rock and noticed one moved...i was like wtf gross. so i took a stick and squeezed it out and there were a whole bunch of disgusting white worms.

I did it, if by quaratine tank do you mean a fancy kind of toilet, and by bacteria medicine you mean lysol.

Now I'm thinking the feeders they feed them at the lfs, they must had parasites, but at least they didn't look as bad as the ones I brought today from another LFS

I must treat my aros!
