My convict pair has begun to rip up chunks of hair algae and place the chunks at the entrance of their cave to feed their babies in safety.
This behavior started 2 days after I added 4 adult south american bumblebee catfish to make sure fry dont survive.20200115_123358.jpg20200115_123339.jpg

Convicts always find a way.
I had a pair years ago I bought at the same time from different tanks at the LFS.
They had them separate males and females to prevent a pair from forming.
They spawned the day after I put them in my tank together.
