Hi guys, this is my first post on this site after looking around for a little bit, and it looks like you guys are all very knowledgeable! I've got a quick question for you all. Unfortunetely I wont be able to take all of my prized fish and tanks with me to college next year, as the university limits dorms to only having tanks of a maximum 5 gallons. So basically I'm wondering if there was anything remotely cool I could do with 5 gallons. Any suggestions for fish? I know 5 gallons isn't much, but I would hate to live without a tank! Thanks in advance for your help.

Dwarf puffer, a fancy beta, perhaps some dwarf rasboras...
You could do a nano planted tank built around a dwarf puffer or around a beta, those are really cool

Dwarf puffers would be awesome maybe with some Corey cats and feed them some ghost shrimp. Make it planted while your at it!

If I only had 5 gal. To work with I would do a saltwater with a nice little pice of live rock a shrimp and a small fish like a dotty back or goby fish with a bright light I think that you would get more out of a saltwater then a fresh water tank at that size
