Cool live things to feed bichirs

I have two Polypterus Senegalus in a 55 gallon, and I was wondering if I could feed them shrimp or something cool.

I am asking for ideas



I have already fed them feederfish and earthworms

I keep a breeding population of mollies and guppies in the tank to give them something to eat if they get hungry

Red wrigglers from bait shop or dig for your own just make sure there was no fertilizer or chemicals used in the area. Rinse off and watch Sen's do the death roll.☺

I dont like to recommend feeders, but like tlindsey mentioned, worms are nice treats.

Whoops meant worms, but might also try shrimp and tilapia
