originally i was thinking along the lines of tegu/Savannah monitor but they will apparently outgrow the tank.

then i was thinking chinese water dragon and of course the tank isn't high enough...

i dont like bearded dragons or blue tongue skinks or uromastyx either.

i was thinking a dwarf monitor or some sort....or a veiled chamelon.

now with the chameleon i would leave the tank open and have a tree coming out of it. it cant jump so it shouldn't be able to escape, and if it does...how far can it get lol.

i seen this idea years ago where they sold trees with a stand that was like a giant bowl made just for chameleons thats where i got the idea

Dont go that way:grinno: You would not have the absolute control over your cham, yes it can jump and accidents allways happen in thouse cases, not a good idea. A good herp for such tank would be a trio of white lined geckos;) Dont worry about the high, they will do fine or put the tank on one of its sides

tanks are no good for chams and monitors but I suggest leachies, cresties, gargs or U.milli (geckos)

you could also do agamas, frogs, or musk turtles

is it really safe to put a 75g on its side? meaning all that weight on a part that isn't supposed to be load-bearing
