Came across this fish someone wants to trade me I was skeptical at first but it's a cross of a dovii X Flowerhorn red dragon. Hybrid I know but thought I'd share on here gets way more traffic on here.

I never thought it was possible but take a look!

He's willing to give me a pair that's 3" might pick it up and see how they turn out

Here's mom and pop. Keep in mind these are not mine the seller sent me these pictures and I already apologized early about the hybrids lol I know some hate them and what not but I don't think it happened on purpose lol

It's not a bad looking fish, (never knew that a Dovii could be crossed with a FH) but I'm with Frank Castle I can't get into the hybrids, they just don't do it for me.

I really had no idea either so it's such a weird oddball fish I like it. I mainly like if for the red eyes lol I might end up trading with this guy he wants to give me two 3" ones a pair that laid eggs for one of my flowerhorns I have for sale.

I like it!

For me, its all visual. It eiter appeals to me or it doesn't. I don't care about the "purity". As far as I'm concern, every creature is bastardized to some extent during the course of the evolutionary chain, so no such thing as purity

hybrids are somewhat along the same lines of mongrel dogs, so I'd call it rich of anyone to love onel and eschew the other...each to their own I guess though

It's not a real dovii anymore. Looks more FH and less dovii. Only the head looks dovii.

I see the complete opposite you can tell its some sort of dovii due to its look it has. The father is the dovii so his dominant genes took over if it was male Flowerhorn and female dovii I would agree but the outcome would be much different
