Cop Dumps Handicapped Person on floor

I am just surprised they didn't taser him when he didn't get back up.
How come they employ such morons as police?
I know thats a sweeping generalization, but honestly I want to avoid the police more than seek them for help.
Theres a problem with the system. They just showed a cop last night who had a grandson trafic 21 pounds of marijuana and he got nothing for it. It needs to be sorted out. They need to demand more of an education and raise the pay rate for people who are going to be cops. You can't just let any high school grad go to the police academy and become a cop. I wouldn't want to run into half of the high school grads that I graduated with in any area by myself, let alone if they had a gun on them. They were prejudice spoiled militant power hungry people.

that was inappropriate and i hope she gets fired. was too too dumb and blind to realize that the gentleman was in a wheelchair. some cops are rude and just worry about their donuts
