I didnt see a thread about this but i there are some protests going on in oakland right now since this guy got into a fight on new years eve and he was on the ground handcuffed and then shot . His name is Oscar Grant and he was a father. But seriously the guy was hand cuffed how dangerous could he really be with his frined with there knee on his kneck. Here is a link to the video

and the bad part for the cop is that there is soo many videos of people from bart since it was on new years it was packed ive already seen atleast 3 diferent videos. This guy needs to be charged with murder. And the protesters were going crazy they were trying to tip a cop car
 
I live in the Bay Area, there are protests going on. The guy that got shot wasn't handcuffed. But, that shooting wasn't justified what so ever. People are talking that the cop might of mistaken his gun for his taser.
