I’ve been treating for ICH with Coppersafe in my 75g for about 11 days now and I’m noticing the P04 readings have been staying 10.+ppms the whole time. I’ve had PhosGuard on the job for the last 3 days with no effect whatsoever. It took almost 8 days at 88 degrees for the ICH bastages to finally let loose of my Clown Loaches. I only see intermittent flashing and going to do a full 30 day regimen to make sure I’ve got all of it.

Prior to treatment (using copper) the PhosGuard was keeping the #s down to .50-1.0ppms with weekly 50% PWCs. I remove it when I dosed with CU then dropped it back into my HOB when I saw the P04s up this high 3-4days ago. Has anyone noticed this to be the case and can tell me if I should count on it staying up while there’s CU present. That’s what appears to be the case with my data. I’m also noticing the 2.0 dosage starts to drop after 4days to 1.0 and need to top-off with 3-4tsps to bring it back up close to the 2.0 treatment dosage. There is no Carbon anywhere. What’s everyone take on this?
