coral banded shrimp

ive heard cbs cant be kept with other smaller shrimp and fish or they will kill them.
is this true? if so can i get some first hand or second hand horror stories?
i have three peppermint shrimp in my 10g with gsp and some LPS corals and ive heard horror stories with the same ingredients, yet three months later all my corals are intact and my peps are doing great

Mostly true unless the tank is really big. The CBS will even attack its own.

mine killed an arrow crab

mine endlessly terrorized my cleaner shrimp. also when it was in a 20 gallon it chased my wrasse

can be very true even in bigger tanks of close friends who had a 500 gallon tank with 1 coral banded and many scarlet cleaner shrimp and some other shrimp always had an issue with the coral banded attacking smaller gobies and shrimp that it came across.
