cali ray?

nice looking CCS im not sure on the ray.... kinda almost looks like ones in most touch ponds....

what is a good food for the coral cat?
i had fed small sharks squid in the past and mostly feed silverside to the bamboo also have krill but no one seems to like that.
also should i be concern about the shark accidentally sitting on the ray?

I don't think you need to be conserned about the shark sitting on the ray - if the ray doesn't like it will move.

As for what to feed a coral catshark - basically Silversides, Shrimp, crab, squid, fresh sw fish, & krill.

Still - with a Cali Stingray & a coral catshark - these are the best species to keep together. The Coral Catshark is a tropical species (needs water temps of 74F or higher) -while the California Stingray needs water temps below 72F.

I think I fixed that for you.

i was concern cause i read that you should be careful of the stinger when cleaning and such and the shark seems clumsy and i think his right eye maybe damage it never seems to be closed

and is it really horrible to be keeping the sharks and ray in water 70-80 we just reinstalled a chiller since the weather is getting hotter
