Rinsed out the argonite sand before putting it in the tank and when i put it in my tank became extremelycloudy. Is it just a waiting process for it to settle?

Yep, and change filter media afterwards, that will remove most of the fine particles

is this normal? i cant move the sand properly because well...i cant see it . I cn only see a few inches and then nothing but cloudiness. I know its not floating becasue its a heavy substrate

so it almost cleared up completely but there is still a haze to the water. Anything i can do to make it crystal clear?

change the filter media or rinse it, and do a water change.
