coral ID and possible parasite ID needed

not sure if this is an aiptasia or not only seen the one on the very back of the glass for a while then today i seen about 7 its on the glass just above the green star polyps

also not sure if this is a coral or not got a small peice stuck to some zoas and now its grown to this. looks nice and the girlfriend likes it so is it ok to keep?

Yes on the anenome, the other pic kinda looks like bubble algae but, never seen it branch so maybe calerpa seaweed?
 
yes, in the first picture it is aiptasia so you are going to want to get rid of that quickly before it becomes a real problem. As far as the second picture goes, I am not exactly sure of what it is but when I worked at the LFS we removed it weekly. I don't know if it is bad for your tank or not but I do know that it grows like a weed and will certainly need to be pruned regularly.

thanks, i crush any aiptasia i find now and the green stuff i rip off when it gets to big. i find the peices in low light areas tho dont spread nearly as much just bunch together. i will remove tho if it gets out of hand.
