Coral lighting suggestion

I'm trying to figure out on lighting for 75 gallon with corals. I have looked into aquaticlife 6 bulb fixture 328 watts also looked at aquaticlife metal halide at 150 watts. Would the 6 bulb fixture be better than the metal halide fixture because of the wattage? Some say 3-5 watts per gallon of lighting.
