I was thinking about making my 10 gallon a coral tank. Is this to small?

Just post any info you have that could help.

Not too small people are doing what they call PICO tanks which are 2 gallons. Your cost on a lighting and all the equipment doesn't go up much as you go up in gallons. I would do a 20 or 30 to start. Find nice live rock. Preferably out of a tank that has been running as a reef successfully. Then do a 4 bulb T5 light fixture. I would run a Aquaclear 70 and a BakPak protein skimmer. And the is a basic reef set up. Set you density at 1.024. Good Luck!

OK, I will ask my LFS about all that stuff next visit.

Any fish I could add?

not too small but remember when a water parameter goes wrong it can crash faster in this small of a tank just keep up good water chemistry and really do your homework on the coral's you are thinking about and post question's.
