I have a 24" CURRENT T5HO Reef light with a 10,000K buld, and an Actinic buld, not too sure about how many watts. but I was wondering which other kind of bulbs are better and more efficient than these factory bulbs? Which would make my corals grow better and look better? I have a hammerhead coral, a Pulsing Xenia Coral, and a purple tipped anemone. A clown fish, pink dotty, and a blue damsel, and a peppermint shrimp. Live rock. Also, what can I use to make Coraline Algae grow faster? I have too much red hair algae and too much green algae, did a water change, and need advise as to what can I get to make the algae go away? My temp. in my 36 gallon bowfront tank is set at 80F degrees.

i was gonna try one of those new led lights but i broke my big reef down. maybe next time. i had giesmann too. three 400 watts over eight feet long tank. looked good to me. hot though.
