Does anyone have this bulb in their tank and if so, can you offer your opinion on it? I'm currently searching for a new light for my 55 gallon severum tank and I've heard some good things about this one. If anyone has any other type of light they'd like to recommend, feel free to mention those too. I'm currently trying the Hagen Aqua-Glo in my severum tank and I'm not sure I like it since I think it might be too dim. It gives a cool effect with the blueish tint but I'm looking for something a little brighter. Maybe the Coralife 50/50 is the way to go?

if your referring to the compact go with the 10k. the 50/50 creates 2 different lights and u can see them both in the water and the white part isnt white, but looks yellowish.
if you like the Hagen AquaGlo but think its too dim (which it is) try a Hagen PowerGlo
its the same color temp as the AquaGlo (18000K) but it is MUCH brighter.
