Does anyone here have a contact # for me to get in touch with energysavers unlimited for coralife? I have tried and tried and tried to get in touch with someone there and they are so ignorant on their products. I tried to contact Roland in tech support and he never called me back after I had left 12 messages so I called back 3 weeks later and got John in Tech support and he told me Roland was no longer with the company. John told me he had no idea how to solve my skimmer problem and another tech guy would call me right bak. 2 weeks later... nothing. I tried to call him again today and no answer. I called a 310 # and the (I use this term lightly) "lady" tpold me I have to speak with John and told her I cant get in touch with him and she said well thats what you have to do. I asked her if he is the only one at the company that handles 7 other manufacturers products. She said "yup" I said that was ridiculous, how can one and only one person handle thousands of products, and why did he tell me that another tech would call me back? She said "i dunno,call heem". That is what the idiot said to me. So... Anyonwe here have a contact at coralife or energy savers unlimited that could help me. I have a skimmer that is totally useless at this point and I need it up and running. Thanks. And soory for the rant here.
