Hey all, my tank is in it's 8th week. I have snails, dwarf hermits, (2) clowns, (1) royal Gramma,, (1) green serpent star. I know it is too early for any sort of anenome, but are there any good "starter corals" I could look into?

What sort of lighting do you have on the tank?

Depending on the above, some good starters too look in to are leathers, rhodactis / ricordia, zoa's, xenia, star polyps...to name a few...read up on each, check you can provide the correct enviroment...

hmm, try hammer coral, frogspawn, and some brain types. Typically avoid sps in not yet fully mature tanks.

try corals like mushrooms, zoanthids, and soft corals that don't have any lighting requirements and are great for beginners just don't buy a ton only 1 for a bit.
