I bought some cork bark last year and added to my tank as a submerged forest look. Unfortunatly i have a bad habit of changing my scapes around every couple of months so its up for grabs !
I have 6 pieces that were cleaned scrubbed and removed of tannins. They have been in my tank for the best part of 6 months, i dont run carbon in my filters and have not seen any tannins. My Pleco loved them !
They can be cut to size easily. Most are screwed onto flat rocks to sink and stand up straight although they were fully waterlogged when i took them out so eventually they wont need the stone to sink.
A creative mind could easily fix these pieces into a DIY background.
$50 or will trade for a Zoo Med 501 canister filter or similar.
