Saw on Reddit a guy has a Cory cat with some type of medical problem. I don’t know but it looks bacterial. I suggested triple sulfa dips and salt. Can we get some more help on this guy

That looks like a bad case of Lernaea (anchor worm) with requires a chitin inhibitor as a chemical treatment.
Some wild caught fish were brought to me that were parasitized, and I removed them manually with a tweezers, and used salt at 3ppt (3 lbs per 100 gallons) to osmotically crush the larvae.

By the way, salt doesn't kill or even phase the adult Lernaea, it only works on the newly appearing larvae.
So the adults need to be removed manually or with the chitin inhibitor. What is that exactly
