cory fin disease?

I have a peppered cory catfish and he looks like the fin in between the bones is gon on his dorsal fin.

I will have pictures in the morning.

Yes. Unless ur water gets bad. U slack off on tank cleaning. U add unquarantined fish that pass on disease. Fish get eventually stressed. Etc.
