What species is this Cory catfish? My thoughts were Corydora Elegans ’peru’. I bought 6 of them.

thebiggerthebetter thebiggerthebetter , would you know the ID for such a little catfish?

I don't think they are elegans. Some clearer pic's would help. I'm leaning more towards C. Aeneus.
Side note, uncover the rizome of that java fern windelov so that it doesn't rot.

Thanks! It was just a temporary thing for the Java Fern. And it’s Java Fern ‘trident’.

Windelov is a trident
Looks like a common bronze cory to me…but I don’t know much about cories so take that with a grain of salt.

I don’t think it’s Bronze corys. All 4 of them have the same deep brown markings. They look different than my adults.

I think they could be a variant of bronze Cody’s. Perhaps a rust x bronze Cory hybrid?
