One of my cory's has an eye missing and fins kind of tattered. I am pretty sure it was one of the congo tetras that was the culprit. I dont have a tank to set up a hospital tank (currently he is still in the tank the tetras have been removed) and am need help on nursing it back to health.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks.

If he is still with the fish that is hurting him then you will probably lose him. If you solve the issue of stopping the attacks then fins should repair and as long as the water is clean the eye should just heal over. You could try some melafix which is a mild anti bacterial to stop it getting infected.

if you separate it from the stressor and keep up with high quality water to avoid infection, the little guy can survive all this and live the rest of its life one-eyed but otherwise fine
