The original inhabitant of my current tank is a now 2" cory cat. He has lived with, over the past 7 years the following.
12 inch oscar
13 red terror
8" texas
and of course the current inhabitants listed in my signature.
I have always thought that he would dissapear one day, but he is just like the energizer bunny and keeps on doing his thing.

Cory's are neat little buggers. They surprise you all the time.

Like clown loaches, very few fish mess with corys.

Looks like it might be an emerald brochis. I admit, I am suprised to see it still alive with such largefish, I would think at least of them would try to have a go at it. It's not something I would mes with though like guppy said, if a fish ever did try to eat him that fish might end up in a world of hurt.

I agree, most fish do not mess with them. And corydoras are from SA, which many of the cichlids come from. Don't think it will be a big problem.

He's a brave little guy. If I was in his situation I wouldn't ever come out of hideing.

I think they might be a pain for other fish to swallow. You should get more Cory's so he has some non-hostile company. MORE CORY'S!

ha thats funny, ive got the same little cory. he was one of my first fish i ever got(6 years ago) and hes still alive and kicking
