Cost of Super Red Asian Arowana?

I was wondering what is the average cost of a smaller Asian Arowana around 6"-8" long.

Anyone know?

It all depends of what grade and species of red you get.
Between 1400 and 3000.00 I'd say. V.I.P. reds are really nice.

Correct for both questions and xbacks are usually more expensive.

normally more or less 1500 USD for an average red in China(size 5'' - 8'').
but if you want a top grade red, it can cost you up to 40K USD or more
price of top grade is never reasonable..

edit. when i say average red, i mean those average high grade(not top yet) red.

In Toronto area Super Red Arowana cost $1000 to over $3000 depending on size and quality. What type are you looking for?

Oh sorry the ones for $1000 are smaller than 6-8 inches, they are about 4 inches.

i dont really know how much red arowanas r but i can tell you that my blue arowana cost me 249.99$ and i would imagine a red would be at least double that.
