is it illegal to keep asainarowana or australian arawana in Costa Rica

I'm thinking on moving there are you American I want to know what it its like and I want to know if they have asain arowana be a big plus

I'm Canadian, living in the Central Valley. There are lots of private FB groups for expats if you want to get some general information on what life is like down here. I'm midway through my second year here and I love it.
