Costa rican dovii

does any one have a 12+ inch costa rican dovii and have a picture of it? seems everyone has nics and i kind of want to see if there is a difference in the adults

Here's a couple pics of 16-17" Costa Rican dovii. IMO there is a lot if mixing nic and costa Rican and people loose track of what is what, and are improperly labeling them. I've found it really hard lately to find tru nic fry to buy:/ nic males will have more blues/purple with silver sheen whereas the costa ricans have more yellows and greens. The easiest way to tell is look at the females, I have not seem a tru nic female that is all yellow, like costa ricans, but more green/drab with blues. Now don't forget there are three different Costa Rican dovii in the hobby too, lake arenal , rio Heridia, and rio higeron. With very similar features but different from nics if closely observed

i have a pair of nics and have raised their fry and they stay more blue it seems then the dovii labled costa rican in a LFS i go to so i didnt know if they stayed more yellow as they aged or what
here is a kind of old pic (from April) of my pair
