API is the brand so check your shops for another brand of fungus medication or try and order it online.Also,it couldn't hurt to perform a partial water change.

I would retry the methylene blue, use it in a dipbath and see if that doesn't at least help mitigate some of the cottony growths. I've fought similar fungal infections in the past and methylene blue and salt where 2 crucial elements used along with fungal meds.

If you can't find fungus guard, try using malachite green and salt.
