Bought myself a 2" royal today. Way over priced and $105 but because I work at the store I got him for $53( still overpriced ). My question is what's a good food to give a royal that small. He's currently living with a 2" emperor snakehead.

mine loved shrimp pellets as well but those werent his staple food. i fed him cucumber slices and algae wafers too.

jeez....canada is brutal. thats about $95 u.s. That size pleco in so cal about $15.

zuchinni for sure. hikari sinking waffers/discs. and on occasion some market shrimp or scallops. mine loves em .

zuchini, cucumber, hikari sinking pelet/wafer

mine likes the sinking algae pellets. tried to give it broccoli before but never took interest (the broccoli floated though, possibly why).
