could anyone help with sexing jack dempsey

I have 2 jack Dempsey and they are getting along great and would like to know what gender I have

If you havent already, place some smooth rocks on the bottom in a "protected" area of the tank and raise temperature to help induce a spawn.

I feel like if they ever do spawn that pleco would be shredded.

Plecos are terrible fish to keep with cichlids, if you want to keep the spawn.
Cichlids rest when its dark, and Plecos can be nocturnal feeders, feasting on eggs and wrigglers, while the cichlids sleep.
