I do already have this posted in another part of forum just not getting enough responses well in my tank is 6 scissortail rasboras 6 pearl danios 6 brilliant rasbora 1 pearl gourami and 1 red tailed shark from what I have read adding 1 juvenile Blue Acara wouldnt hurt but was just wondering everyones opinions.

Do you have a bigger tank when that RTS gets to be 18" long? Putting a cichlid in with those community fish seems like a bad idea, but I'm no expert.

Yah I have a red tailed black shark they grow to only 6 inches but I have heard that if introduced as juveniles they can be peaceful if only 1 blue acara is present

While a blue acara is unlikely to be aggressive it may predate your danios and rasboras. If I remember correctly the guppy is their common prey item in the wild which puts your danios and rasboras in danger IMO as they are similar in size and shape.
RTBS have a tendancy to harrass fish that look like them, have a similar shape and/or inhabit their water level. A blue acara should be able to handle one though but it is something I would monitor.
The gouramis should be fine with a blue acara.

okay then well I was thinking the rasbora are to big all are over 3 inches and 2 scissortails are 5 inches and the danios are also 3 inches each

blue acara will probably eat little guys try a keyhole for a community .
