using a kids pool as a tempory fish tank? you know the ones that as you fill up set them selves up?
hubby and i are swapping tanks so i get his 12foot and he gets my 8ft as he is seperating most of his triggers as he has a few pairs in there it wont take any more than a day to swap tanks and we already have enough aged water set up to perfect paramenters to fill both tanks with new water its just storage of my fish whilst we do the swap the only other tank we have is a five foot which wont do as my adult jag will injure everything else and a two foot which is to small for anything...
 
you should be fine. ive put fish in a tub in a emergency case. your okay. just not for too long and watch them.
 
awesome yeah it would only be a few hours just top clean tank and swap filtration and sump setups then fill
 
there are a few people that keep pools, "indoor ponds" as a normal tank...for big fish like ID sharks...its the only responsible thing to do.
 
ya your okay just make sure there happy. like i said ive kept fish in the tub before and they did good.

yes, when we finally buy our house we will put in a couple of indoor pond/pools but i think the navy would have a fit if we did as they own this house lol the 12 foot will do nicely till then
