I have a baby soft shell in a turtle tank but he is gettin big so could i put him in a 90 with my fish? Nothin smaller than 7in in there. softie is about 4in long(shell). I also have a 3in stinkpot  no really thats the name.

any input would be great  :headbang2

Softshells get over a foot long and will happily eat fish at least 1/2 their size.

yup J

i wouldnt risk it.

i had a 7" florida soft shell in my 600g for a few months, never saw a fin nip or anything. but one day i came home and almost all the fish had "v" shaped bite marks on their body or missing from their fins. i got rid of it soon after, it wouldnt leave the fish alone.
at the time it was being housed with a pair opf large pacu, a clown knife, RTC and shovelnose.

a 90g would be too small for it in the long run, but excluding fish it would work fine as a grow out tank for a while.
