could i put two 4-6inch silver aros in a tank together or will they fight???
the tank is a 50 gal but when they get to 9-10inchs im putting them into a 300gal then when they are around 17-18inchs they go into my 1500gal with my RTC and RTC TSN hybrid

I read somewhere that if the water surface was still, they would be territorial, but if the water surface was turbulent, they school...again not first hand experience, just something I read here I think.

k kool on the 50 gal there is not much filtration only like a 60gal stick on the glass mini filter but the 300 has like a 700gal per hour PVC home made filter and the big pond has a 3000-4000gal canister filter or something like that is that good??

thought silvers don't fight each other.

You only have about a 1 in 3 chance of them not fighting. Actually it won't be fighting, one will just chase the other to death. If your going to try it then make sure you have a way to separate them with a divider or another tank you can move one to.

it's not going to work out. I had two 6" in a 225 and they fought day and night. Torn fins, missing scales, and bite marks.
