Could jack Dempseys get along with parrot cichlids

I have a 60 gallon with a gold sevrum blood parrot and a striped Rafael I was wondering if I could add a jack Dempsey cichlid or would that be over stocking the tank I have a 75 gallon filter and and a 20 gallon filter on the tank right now

Jack Dempsey are know to be a aggressive and the parrot fish are more peaceful. I would say you could do this since the Dempsey are less likely to pick on a bigger fish. Could be wrong tho
 
I would not add the Dempsey if you plan on keeping the other fish, the BP and severum will more than fill that tank when they are fully grown. If you want to add more fish I would only add small non-cichlids like maybe some tall-bodied tetras.
More importantly than stocking right now is cycling, as you say you just bought the tank. Do you know about the nitrogen cycle? It is necessary to get this established so that your fish can live in the tank.

Thanks the tanks is almost done cycling and I am planning on adding some black skirt tetras i am thinking about ten of them or would that be to much
