i need 2 have it set up all the green pipes 2 the cannester so i can get it running

connect the pipe with the 'u' in to the bottom of the filter and open the valves so the levers are going parallel to the pipes and then do the same for the spray bar hose from the top of the pump, when all connected take off the spray bar and suck the hose which the spray bar was on to start the siphon when the canister is full turn on, the bottom of the canister hasto be below the bottom of tank. if the filter still wont start give it another suck and it should start.
