Could somebody pls help me ID this cichlid?

Hi, found this guy at my local LFS in the chicilid tank...was thinking of picking him up, but thought I'd do a bit of research on it first...hez still at the LFS, and i have asked them to hold on to him for me for the moment.....thanx in advance for your help
