I'm just grasping at straws here...I bought this little guy about 3 weeks ago. He's only about 2.5-3" There are 3 pics that I took on my camera phone.

And if it turns out to not be a Royal...does anybody know where I can find a small royal for sale?
 
might be but I doubt it.. this one was about the same size and you can clearly see it's a royal

healthy would be an understatement. He's the king of the tank...and eats so much food. Hell, I cut an earthworm in half and dropped it in the tank (one half per knife in the tank.) Half of the worm was about 3-4". The knife really enjoyed eating as much of it as he could fit in his belly :)
And I am happy with what I've got...I've just been searchin' for a baby Royal knife for nearly a year with no luck (except being taken advantage of once...)
 
That's a nice looker. I think it's just a CK though. I think RCK have tiny spots and speckles when they're small.
