Anyone know what this is? Water temps got into low to mid 90°.

Its the marks on his head between the eyes and around that area. I was thinking it was caused by the high temps. I turned the heater up a little too much and it stayed like that for a week or so. I see it on other asian aros but my fish seems like it just developed the marks or i just never really noticed it.

Its the little holes and the bite mark looking indent above each of the eyes im worried that it might be a disease or something.

Its not very clear from the pictures what we are talking about. So share any better pictures if you have.

And HITH is not commonly reported in Aros, as per my understanding. However Head-rot is common and mainly associated with the presence of activated carbon in the filters. And if your carbon is very old, then it is more troublesome, please remove it immediately.

The little dots on the head, side-body are part of its body design. Just check if the dots are synchronous, that is there is an identical one on the other side of the body, then nothing to worry.

And hoping that you have reduced the temp already. Is he eating properly?

Yes he is eating good. I have reduced the temps and the marks on his head do have an identical mark on the opposite side. Thanks for reassuring me its not hith and that the identical marks on each side mean its not head rot.

That's normal on RTG, carbon can sometimes cause HITH tho.
