Ok, So I had some time off from my regular chores today and decided to tour the area and see if I could come up with some good reason to buy something fishy.... errrrrr... Fish related LOL.
So I stop in at one of my favorite places for Catfish... looking around and see some fish that I don't normally see there, Porthole cats, lots of stynos... none of my must haves though so i kept looking and ended up looking through the tanks with angels...It's been years since I've had an interest in angles but my mind was wandering about the pond and what I might like in there with the SA Cats when they are all big enough to not care so much about the small tankmates. They have this big castle in the tank and I see the angels swiming in and out of it when I see a little tiny dark flat nose sticking out of a window and I really wasn't sure what I saw as it vanished back into the dark. Just as I'm about to leave I decided to ask one of the sales guys when they get their new shipment in to which he asks what am i looking for...my typical answer of RTC's TSN's Hybrids and pretty much anything that gets BIG...He said "well did you see the TSN's over there..." .while pointing at the Angel's tank... well DUH No I didn't see them or I wouldn't have asked him... Upon closer inspection there are 3 little 1 1/5" TSN's floating around in there SUPER SKINNY. So I stand there staring at them thinking OMG these poor little guys are gonna die in here... they arn't able to compete with the Pikes in the tank for food and are on the brink of death...So I tell the Guy ... Lets make this easy... I'll take ALL 3 of them.
Come to find out that there are 3 more in the tank... one dead and two more that were hiding in the castle on the brink of death already (These guys have a 1 week warantly so I wasn't concerned that some might not make it) So I said I'll take them to. So I left the store with 5 New TSN's all about the size of my largest Guppy...two of them didn't make the trip home unfortunatly but the other three are doing well. I put them in a tank i have for Guppy Fry and they seem to have went to town as all three look about ready to bust at the seams LOL I'll try to get some pictures up later tonight but I'm really trying to leave them alone so they can work on getting healthy.
It's a good thing I gave 2 of my larger TSN's away last week (still have them in the family .. just moved to a new home
) so i have the room around here for these guys.
I just also noticed that one of the little devils is missing one of his back fins... looks like a three legged dog LOL

... If there is one thing that I can Say I'm lucky at it's keeping my fish alive if I can get them to eat once I get them home and I had these little fellas eating within 5 minutes of putthing them in the tank. Once they fatten up alittle I'll be happy... from the looks of their bellies... it won't take long 
My Other TSN's All Stopped eating before they swelled up to much... these guys must think that they have died and went to heaven in the Fry Tank and are eatting anything that gets close to their mouths. Including the beef heart that I put in there, I figured that the chunks were to big for their little mouths but sure enough they all went over and had a nibble till it was gone!
