Just saw movement for the first time a few days ago on the 1st ray in the vid. Don't imagine the second ray has too long to go before she pops.

The mum vid-
If you guys haven't figured out which rays they are the darker female is Todd/Pat/Brad/Collin's old girl. The lighter female is Duckman's old stunner. She's pushing 20" now and I don't see her darkening up any more. She's huge and I've only been seeing movement for 2 days now. Hoping for a big litter. They have been in the pond so both patterns are crap right now. 6 months in a tank and they'll get thier patterns back.

Haven't seen any movement yet in the other female but she's just friggin huge. Sits like a lump all day covered in sand till feeding time.. lol That one is JimRs light female.

Father of both litters is Todd/Pat/Brad/Collins old male.... The same one that's in Collins avatar. (Rvrrays)

The other vid-
The light female is Shawn's (MNstingray) old female. That male has been after her for probobly over a month. Not sure IF I should seperate them yet or not. He shows no intrest in any of the other femalles, but since the whole dancing thing has been going on I have JimR's nicest pup, a male, latching on to my nicest 2 females in that tank.
 
My 2 pennies......

The first female is stunning cause she's 10-11 inches.

I'll be the first to tell you all Marbles look good 6-10 inches. This is why I think it's so funny that people rate, grade, and compare them at different sizes.

You have to compare apples to apples.

To me the 1st female in the mumz vid is twice as nice as the light colored one in the first vid. Why? Cause she's gonna start going down hill after a foot, however many years it will take her to reach that... lol. The big girl is still sexy at 20" across. That in itself is rare enough that when I asked for pics on several ocasions no one can provide me with a single one. I know Aquaman's are big and just as beautiful as ever but aside from this girl and Aquaman's I haven't ever seen another one.

This is the point I'm trying to make. Most Marbles change for the worse. What seperates the truly stunning Marbles from just "nice" Marbles is what happens to the pattern between 12 and say 15 inches.

IF you have one that's this size or above and it's retaining a great pattern it should be worth significantly more then the stunning 10" about to loose thier pattern.

You have to look at the BIG picture. Look at the friggin LIFE of the ray. NOT a pic that represents how the ray looked for a second.

This is no different then arguing stability of Dats. Stable ones are worth more. Marbles that retain thier pattern SHOULD be worth more in a fair market.

Any pics floating around over in your part of the world of nice BIG Marbles?

I've never seen one hold a really nice pattern over 15" on this side of the pond..... Heard all about them, but have yet to see a single pic.
