I don't seem to remember mine having stripes.

Well after some picture browsing you are right i dont see any with the black strips...these are small wonder if they loose them as they grow to adults..

Now that I look at it again the mouth doesn't resemble red tail cudas either.

They are toothy like my yellowtails....they definitly look different than pics of others i have seen
