Is there enough agitation at the top of the tank? Have you changed the water regularly recently? It's clearly not a happy bunny - just look at the colour of him
Yea 50% water change every wed and sun, ive got a pond air pump in it so theres penty of air, and a 575gph filter, the waters ok hes the only one that is having problems.

Nothing has changed from what i normally do with the tank no meds in it or any thing of that nature and yes i dechlorinate it before some one jumps out with that. It has me stumped i even checked for stray electrical currents maybe it was a piece of talapia that gave him something but i would think they would all have something goin on if that were the problem.

Bass on the bottom might be getting beat by the other one. 575gph is quite a low turnover rate for the bioload you currently have, but all depends on you water params.
